Glenn Foster, a professional trainer, is the president of the Susquehanna Retriever club. Additionally, he is an AKC Hunt Test Judge.

Waterdog Retrievers LLC serves the Eastern Shore of Maryland with training for sports dogs. We offer gun dog and hunt test training, general obedience training, and boarding.

When it comes to gun dog and hunt test training, Glenn has a deep understanding of the specific skills and behaviors required for these activities. Whether it's teaching dogs to retrieve, with or without the target being in sight, or to stay focused in high-pressure situations, Glenn uses a combination of positive reinforcement, specialized exercises, and real-life simulations to prepare dogs for success in the field.

In terms of general obedience training, Glenn has a knack for helping dogs develop good behavior and manners. Patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement techniques ensure dogs become well-behaved and obedient companions. 

As for boarding services, Waterdog Retrievers LLC provides a safe and comfortable environment for dogs to stay while their owners are away. Our facility is newly-built with climate control. With spacious accommodations, regular exercise, and plenty of love and attention, you can rely on us to ensure that your dogs feel at home and well-cared for during their stay.

Glenn has two highly-awarded Labrador Retrievers of his own, Remi and Creek. They are not only beloved companions but also serve as great models for demonstrating training techniques and building a positive training environment.

We also offer grooming services, including baths, haircuts, and nail care, under our sister company Kiss My Mutt LLC.
